Lingkup pekerjaan

Aedifo mengerjakan desain dan pembangunan situs, landing page, toko online, aplikasi web, aplikasi mobile, serta sistem internal. Sebelum pekerjaan dimulai, lingkup, hasil yang diserahkan, tenggat, dan harga disepakati tertulis. Pekerjaan di luar lingkup itu dihitung terpisah dan disetujui lebih dulu.

Harga dan pembayaran

Harga di situs ini adalah titik awal, bukan harga final. Angka final dikunci tertulis setelah lingkup disepakati. Pembayaran dua tahap: lima puluh persen di muka untuk memulai, lima puluh persen saat serah terima. Pekerjaan dimulai setelah pembayaran tahap pertama diterima.

Revisi

Setiap proyek mendapat dua putaran revisi desain per halaman. Permintaan perubahan arah setelah desain disetujui dihitung sebagai pekerjaan tambahan.

Materi dari klien

Teks, gambar, logo, dan data yang Anda serahkan tetap milik Anda. Anda menjamin bahwa materi itu sah dipakai dan tidak melanggar hak pihak lain. Keterlambatan penyerahan materi menggeser tenggat pengerjaan.

Kepemilikan hasil kerja

Setelah serah terima dan pelunasan, kode, desain, dan data yang dihasilkan dalam proyek menjadi milik Anda. Aedifo berhak menampilkan hasil kerja itu dalam portofolio kecuali Anda meminta sebaliknya secara tertulis.

Dukungan dan perawatan

Tiga puluh hari setelah serah terima, perbaikan atas cacat fungsi yang berasal dari pekerjaan kami dikerjakan tanpa biaya tambahan. Setelah masa itu, perawatan berjalan sebagai langganan bulanan bila Anda menghendakinya.

Batas tanggung jawab

Kami tidak menjanjikan hasil bisnis tertentu, seperti peringkat pencarian, jumlah pengunjung, atau angka penjualan. Tanggung jawab kami atas suatu proyek dibatasi sebesar nilai yang Anda bayarkan untuk proyek tersebut.

Scope of work

Aedifo designs and builds websites, landing pages, online stores, web apps, mobile apps, and internal systems. Before work starts, the scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed in writing. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately and approved first.

Pricing and payment

Prices on this site are a starting point, not a final price. The final figure is locked in writing once scope is agreed. Payment runs in two stages: fifty per cent upfront to begin, fifty per cent at handover. Work starts once the first payment is received.

Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of design revision per page. Changes of direction after a design is approved count as additional work.

Client materials

Text, images, logos, and data you provide remain yours. You confirm that this material may lawfully be used and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Late delivery of materials moves the timeline accordingly.

Ownership of the work

After handover and full payment, the code, design, and data produced for the project belong to you. Aedifo may show the work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Support and maintenance

For thirty days after handover, fixes for functional defects originating in our work are carried out at no extra cost. After that period, maintenance continues as a monthly subscription if you want it.

Limitation of liability

We do not promise specific business outcomes such as search ranking, visitor numbers, or sales figures. Our liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
